How are you feeling this morning?

Im glad that my espresso machine got fixed now. The milk frother hose came off from too much pressure otherwise everything seemed to be fine. Another good news is that I have found someone to help me out.
Other than that, I have a decent to-do list for this week, starting off;

- hygenic test
- ingredients shopping and etc
- borrow a kitchen
- perhaps a visit to the employment office
- food preparation
- menu list
 and lots of sleep...haha

Hey morning-goers

Hello spring,

As the sun rises in the morning every few minutes earlier than the previous day, waking up is no longer a problem and as the temperature has risen as well, we just want to grab our bikes and head out early, to somewhere nice or new, an endless exploration but first you can stop by for a breakfast before continuing your journey. 

Here some updates:

Im glad to find somebody to help me for the month of April and June but Im still looking for someone to help me for this month and May. 

And my decent espresso machine went crazy during the cleaning process. Well, it works fine now but not the milk frother. A matter that I need to examine deeper with a screwdriver. In the mean time, only espresso is available.

So, there are 2 dates for this month and also in conjunction with celebration of Activity Center Matara's(Kansalaistoiminnankeskus) 2nd anniversary.

Breakfast@Gloria's is making a return

Just cant ignore it, can I? As I have been hearing the word breakfast for these past few months. Even someone called me when I was still sleeping, asking if there is any coffee and breakfast. So, Lets bring back Breakfast@Gloria's. The first one will be on 21.3, 22.3(brunch) then 11.4

development idea

Thank you again for coming to the past few breakfast events. They have no plans if they would want to do breakfast event for next year but they have been getting some feedbacks and been asked by people, 'is there any breakfast next friday?' - Sorry not anymore for this year! And Jilin's breakfast dear partner has gone back home to her country for good at the moment, so Jilin isnt very sure if she could make it on her own but she is looking for someone who could be her next project partner, someone who has;

• passion for cooking and baking, he or she doesnt need to be a masterchef as long as the person has the motto of learning by doing.
• a morning person.
• adventurous - one of the thing is food improvisation.
• an ecological person.
• good in handling money.
• loves volunteering - work hard but fun.
• speak english, finnish and or other languages.
• and etc...

Since the feedback has been a positive one. Over the weekend, while Jilin was resting and rejuvenate from tiredness, an idea has hit her, a sort of development idea. Lets see what will happen!
